The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is the primary investigative arm of the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), serving as both a federal criminal investigative body and a domestic intelligence agency. At present, the FBI has investigative jurisdiction over violations of more than 200 categories of federal crimes, making the FBI the de-facto lead law enforcement agency of the United States government. The motto of the bureau is "Fidelity, Bravery, Integrity".
The FBI headquarters is in Washington, D.C., and there are also 56 field offices located in major cities throughout the United States as well as over 400 resident agencies in smaller cities and towns across the nation, and more than 50 international offices, called "Legal Attachés", in U.S. embassies worldwide. From the moment of its birth in 1908 as the Justice Department's "Bureau of Investigation," a key part of the FBI's mission has been to suppress political dissent. In the early years they used deportations and the career-destroying Palmer raids to target union leaders and communists. Burglary, blacklisting, infiltration, and disruption became standard operating procedure. Later, when the Supreme Court ruled that the Smith Act specifically could not be used to target communists, the FBI took it undercover, developing its "counterintelligence" program dubbed COINTELPRO. Edgar Hoover, COINTELPRO was designed to "expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit, or otherwise neutralize" groups whose views the FBI deemed threatening to the status quo. (judibari.org)

Just in the first THREE MINUTES he talks about these atrociously egregious points that shows his policies are in line with Neo-Conservatives:

Supportive talks about new strategy that would "join overwhelming military force with sound judgment" - In context, he's talking about globalized strategies that uses the might of the military to do more nation-building. Who's sound judgment is he talking about? His? Where does he get that authority? Certainly not from the Constitution.

"It would foster new international institutions like the United Nations, Nato and the World Bank." - A world bank?! What's up with that? Why not just make an "Earth Union"?

"The whole world hangs on a proper judgment." Who's the arrogant SOB that makes that judgment for the world? Obama?

“From the cave-spotted mountains of northwest Pakistan, to the centrifuges spinning beneath Iranian soil, we know that the American people cannot be protected by oceans or the sheer might of our military alone.” - Fear talk. We know Iraq is not and never was a threat. Come one. Sounds like someone wants to ease into the likely prospect of NOT ending the war.

He also speaks of Truman and FDR! Both of which are nation-builders! FDR is noted saying, "I wrote Haiti's Constitution myself, and if I do say it, it was a pretty good little Constitution." I used to vote Democrat, but I'm tired of their arrogance masked in humanitarian. We can do better, people. We can do better.

This was of course before the surge -- the very same surge he now credits with having started the Anbar Awakening.
